The EX-507XR Lavalier Microphone for PRO-XR from Azden is designed to be used with the PRO-XR wireless system. The EX-507XR is an omnidirectional lapel mic with a wide frequency response and a sensitive electret condenser capsule, but it’s 3.5mm TRS plug allows it to be used with a variety of wireless systems, from Azden’s own VHF Pro Series and 310/330 UHF systems to third-party wireless systems compatible with 3.5mm lavalier inputs.
The lav mic features a right-angle plug on it’s attached four foot cable for preventing accidental disconnections, and the included alligator lapel clip makes it easy to attach to clothing. Simple plug-in power (1-10 VDC) is all it needs to get rolling, and the mic can be an excellent companion not only to wireless transmitters, but also to cameras and digital audio recorders.
