This makes the 610BT ideal for not just the office, but also the warehouse or at public events, helping to track inventory and let guests scan and download information online.

Multiple Methods to Create Like a standard P-Touch label maker, the PTD610BT offers manual label creation via an integrated QWERTY keyboard, along with convenient one-touch formatting keys. You can choose from 175 preset templates or custom your own with different fonts, frames, symbols, and more with the built-in drawing tools.

You and others can also create and print your labels remotely via a USB connection or wireless Bluetooth connectivity, just like you would access a company printer. On a PC or Mac, you can use the included P-Touch Editor Software to create standard labels or dynamic and interactive labels with QR codes, barcodes, and images, such as logos. Very handy, better than I expected

I was looking at hand-held label maker for tagging cable and equipment identification, when I came across this portable label maker. I like the flexible connectivity that allows me to use the local keyboard, use software on my Macintosh Computer, and even access it from my iPhone over Bluetooth! I use the Bluetooth most because I can simply design and print cable tags then collect them from the printer and apply. This means I dont need another clunky piece of equipment with my tools and I can conveniently place the label printer. One star ding is for the odd interface and some confusing documentation. Some of the keys are modal meaning they will only work while in a particular mode – the documentation fails to mention these prerequisites. All-in-all Im very pleased with my 610BT labeler. Im glad I upgraded to the wider tape as well.

I bought this because I got tired of my gear having marker on it. What a fool I’ve been. Turns out, I’ve been missing out. I love this thing. I used it to label all my gear sets with our company’s logo and information. It’s interface is super easy to use and the fact that I can design labels using their app and then print it from there is so useful when moving about the office space. I’m not sure what else to say but I love this label maker. We’ll see how the refills go but if you’ve been looking for label maker, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Amazing P-Touch Label Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am the type that loves clean cut stuff, and this Brother P-touch PT- D610BT Business Professional Connected Label Maker | Connect and Create via Bluetooth on TZe Label Tapes just takes the ball out of the ballpark. Never have I seen such clean-cut labels, very detailed labels, and high-quality print. One of its best features is the Bluetooth connection, never have I seen this in a label maker or USB if that is your preference. The color LCD display is just out of this world, and the quality print is outstandingly high quality. The “built-in” templates are very useful as well. A very user-friendly machine has amazing print quality, and the value is outstanding. Highly recommend it if you run a busy office/store. This is by far one of the best P-Touch label makers I’ve ever tried. Highly recommend it.

Not for professional organizers.

I’m a professional organizer and I need to create lots of labels quickly. This device only allows you to create one label at a time, although you may print duplicates of it. It doesn’t allow the option to create multiple unique labels and print and cut them at the same time. Meaning, if I’m labeling a pantry I have to type “Pasta” hit print (then hit it again to confirm I only want one copy of it), then once it’s done printing and cutting, delete “Pasta” and type “Rice” then repeat the steps all over again. Printing is fast, but not that fast. And how do you catch all the cuttings when you’re on the go? You’d have to have something you carry around with you to catch the labels as you’re standing in the pantry/wherever to see what the next label is. The cutting feature is really nice and would be an absolute game changer IF it were possible to print multiple labels at once. If you print multiples of the same label, it can cut in between them, but they’re just duplicates, not different words on the labels. Super disappointing because this is one of the few models that allows 1″ label tape. But I can’t print one label at a time when I have 50-100 to make. If you use it at your desk only and need lots of copies of the same thing, you would like it. But I’m returning.
