PC & Mac Compatible The WD_BLACK P40 is compatible with a wide range of PCs and Macs running Windows 10, 8.1, and macOS 10.11 or later. Customizable RGB lighting is only available on Windows operating systems with the free-to-download WD_BLACK Dashboard software. Console Compatibility You can use the WD_BLACK P40 on multiple Xbox and PlayStation consoles including the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro models running software version 4.50 or higher as well as the PlayStation 5 to play PlayStation 4 games or archive PlayStation 5 games.
